Of course there is always something to take a picture of, you just have to get creative some days. Here we are on our trip to the dentist. The hygenist was so fun and she was letting the boys get close and watch the other brother to see what she was doing. The were very interested as you can tell and just stood there quiet the whole time watching everything she did. They both came our awesome from the dentist with no cavities!! This is our 3rd trip to the dentist with no cavities. The funny part is that both of them are mad that they don't have any cavities because they really want a pig nose. The first time we went to the dentist Isaac had one cavity and when he went to get it filled they gave him a pig nose. It is the little mask for the gas and it smells so good and it really looks like a pig nose. He loved it! So everytime we go they are hoping for a pig nose. The dentist tried to tell them that no cavities was the way to go but still they want a pig nose. Funny kids!
After our trip to the dentist we met up with Justin and we all went to get Coldstone Ice Cream to celebrate no cavities!

Good Morning - I am wondering if you could do me a favor. I have enjoyed watching who comes to visit my blog, although it does leave me with a little bit of concern. I feel like I know most of the people who visit my blog site . I have a few people who frequent it often that I am not sure about. If you are from Morristown, New Jersey or around that area please leave me a comment so I know who you are. The comments do come to my email and not directly to my blog. So I will not post who you are. I also am wondering about somebody from Richland Center, Wisconsin. I have no problem with people looking at my blog I would just like to know who you are so that I can ensure my families safety. Thank you so much for your help. If you do not know me or my family please discontinue looking at my blog or I am going to make it private. Thank you for your help and understanding.

Max on the monkey bars

Max is starting to get very good on the monkey bars at the playground. He is so funny he will do them a few times and then he will say, "I better take a break my hands are getting slippery." I can only do like 1 or 2 bars and Max can get almost all the way across now. I loved the last picture of him. He is such a good kid.

Jake swinging "again"

I realize that not to long ago I posted pictures of Jake swinging. We were at the park the other day and Max and Jake were playing together. It was so much fun for all of us! Max loves to see if he can make Jake laugh. He clearly had plenty of success this day at the park.

Max's fieldtrip

Today with Max's preschool we went to the Bean Museum in Provo. It is up on the BYU Campus. The kids were so excited to go on a fieldtrip.

This is Max and his favorite friends. He really likes these 3 girls. They were actually fighting to hurrying to sit by Max. It was hilarous! Max says, "Mom, I don't know why they always want to sit by me, I guess they just really like me." So innocent - - It is kind of nice that he isn't to the - - ooh yuck , girls have koodies - - stage yet. These are all really nice friends that he has.

They were able to touch the real live tortise. It was very exciting! You can see Max's head and white shirt in this picture.

Here is Max touching the snake. So brave! Much braver than I am because I wouldn't touch that snake on a bet. We had so much fun with Max's class on his fieldtrip.

There was a time that Jake actually would ride in this car. Now days he just pushes it around. He is so close to walking - it is fun to watch him push this around the kitchen.

What a cute scrunchy nose picture :)

Of course Max had to help him out for awhile. What cute brothers!

Jake's room

While Anna was here for a couple of days I asked her if she would help me get Jake's room fixed up. So off to fixing we went. We started with shampooing the upholestry on this green chair. We got out all of the stains and made it look new again.
Anna went to painting this mirror. The inside of the holes and outside of the frame she paianted green to match the chair.
We then pulled off all of the green buttons that were on the chair and sewed new white buttons on. To make it look a little different.I have very very sore fingers this morning from pushing the needle through the upholestry. I wish grandma Norma was closer we could have used some thimbles.
This is our finished chair. Didn't it turn out cute?!?

We dressed up the JAKE letters a little to tie in the blue and green colors. The bedding in Jake's room has a little bit of green that acutally matched the chair exactly. We just added some ribbon to make them mesh a little bit better.

Here is Anna finishing the painting of the frame. I weaved the ribbon through the holes and she painted the edges.

The finished mirror and frame. So Cute!
I am still working on getting things put up on the walls, but I am sure the minute it is done you will see it on my blog.

We were so happy to have Mason and Anna and Arleigh come and visit us for a couple of days! We had a lot of fun visiting with them and just hanging out. Mason and Justin got to go golfing and Anna and I did some crafting and shopping.
The boys and Arleigh

Max just loved baby Arleigh. We were sitting at breakfast one morning and Anna was holding Arleigh and Max was just sitting there staring at Arleigh. Pretty soon he said, "I just want to hold Arleigh so much." So he got his turn - again and again and again. My boys think she is pretty darn cute.
Mason and Arleigh

Mason called me a couple of weeks ago and said that he was not using his motorcycle and he knew that Isaac and Max absoutely loved riding motorcycles. He wanted to know if we wanted to have it now. So he loaded it up in his truck and took it all over the country and on his last stop to visit us he gave it to Justin. Justin was thrilled! The kids have wanted 50's motorcycles for awhile now, but by the time you buy a small motorcycle and a big one and a trailer and everything else that goes with it, we really weren't sure about it. So when Mason gave us his motorcycle it made it a whole lot easier to try and do this sport with the kids.

The first kick to see if it was going to start. Walla!! It works like a charm. The kids had a great time riding it around the neighborhood. (I am sure the neighbors loved it as well!)

Max's first ride with dad on the motorcycle.

Isaac's first ride with dad on the motorcycle.
It was so nice of Mason to give us this bike. We have a family full of boys who love this kind of thing. We are so glad Mason wanted to help us have more fun with our kids. Thank you so much Mason!

Lacie's Birthday

So it is true I did turn 30 big years old this week. I always remember thinking 30 was going to be so old - but as it turns out it is not a whole lot different than age 22. Not one thing changed for me as I turned 30 years old. So Max said that since I always take his picture on his birthday that he should take one of me - so here it is. Me the day I turned 30!

I am proving to Max that I can still jump really high on the tramp - even though he thinks I am really old now.

I couldn't have been more happy about the weather on my birthday! This picture was taken at 9:30 in the morning. The temperature was already 55 of so and the sun was shining and bright.
Mom and Max - -
It was really a great day. Besides being warm I had some friends take me to ice cream and a lot of friends called or stopped by to wish me happy birthday. I went to Olive Garden with Justin and the kids for dinner. (my favorite) Everyone in my family called me and I received a lot of nice cards from many people. I consider myself a very lucky person as my 30th birthday rolls by. I have a wonderful husband who does a ridiculous amount of things for me. (He always does the dishes at night if I cook - always - I don't even have to ask him) He is such a great husband in so many ways. I have 3 really awesome boys that keep me young and happy. We have so much fun together and they are always working on how to keep mom happy. They may try to be tough on the outside - but they really are all 3 mamma's boys. I have more happiness than I could have ever imagined I would by the time I was 30. I have parents who love me always and no matter what and would do anything for me. I get to talk to my mom almost everyday if not every day for a few minutes. I have sisters who I also get to talk to a lot and they are my best friends. It is amazing how my parents and sisters and brother can be there for me for whatever even there are many miles that seperate us. My brother doesn't always chat on the phone but he is very thoughtful and would do anything for you. I have such great - great friends that I live by and get to chat with everyday out on the street while we watch our kids play and ride bikes. I have a beautiful house to stay warm in and keep working on being a better mom and wife in. I think my list is never ending and I am so blessed to have such a great life! 30 years old or not I am happier than I ever could have imagined.
