I was SO thrilled that Lani and her family came here for Easter weekend! We had so dang much fun! I can't say we did a ton but we did laugh... a lot! First we took the little kids to the Easter "Race". I can't say hunt because it is literally a race! We ended up getting in line at a perfect time in a less crowded spot! Lucky us! The weather was chilly but sunny and NOT snowy!! So it was great!!!
We made all 4 of them race on the 7-8 year old field. The went in - - (no parents allowed in the gates..... cuz to many parents are crazy!!)
3....2....1... GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You would almost think we had the field to ourselves but there were a ton of kids! Ours are just the fastest ;) !!
They gathered those hundreds of eggs in about 5 seconds flat!!
And it's over just like that!
Lexie got so excited about her arm around Jake she scratched his neck so that explains his tears.... they aren't tears of sadness over eggs.!
Then in the afternoon the boys and Isabelle went shooting and we stayed back at the house and went to a few stores and made slime! Our group was thrilled with those events.

I was so happy to have her and her family here! I actually talked to her on the next Friday and told her I was hoping my weekend sister was coming back this weekend... no luck. But it was worth a try!! Maybe again another day!
