1st Day of School

 1st Day of School.

Everyone had friends in their classes and teachers that they were excited about.

They had a really great first day!
Jake and Lexie got to play for a long time at the park because no "big" kids were ready to go home!  They loved it!

We are off to a great start on a busy school year!

Demolition Derby

The other weekend we headed out for the demolition derby.  The kids love this event every year!

One car flipped over and is under that black car.  It was on fire and I was worried but the kids thought it was awesome.  Only at the demoition derby do you think like that cuz if they would have seen something like this on the freeway they would have had a total meltdown!

Another fun year at the demolition derby!

New family pictures - - Hooray!

It has been a month of so since we got these taken but they turned out great.  I hope you enjoy a little lookskie.

Hard to decide what my favorite one is....

Yep...... this is how it ended!  Any surprises???

The Double Arch

We also decided to stop at this double arch and hike up to it.  It was a short hike but after our other hike it might as well have been 3 miles because that is how it felt!  It was really pretty and when we got up there we got to relax in the shade for awhile.  It was great.

I love the "guns" shots!  I love these boys.

At that's the end of Moab.  We had a really great time trying out a new place with the kids.

The Delicate Arch

Finally!! We made it to the top to see the Delicate Arch!  Yeah for us!  These are some great pictures.

My panicing continued up there cuz it is deep bowl like holes that you can fall in and cliff off the other side!  Funny that no one was concerned about it except for me!

Justin took the boys over to stand under it..  serious panic for me!  But they were just fine.

Catching a chair and some shade for a minute on the way back down.

It was a great and exhausting hike!  I am just glad I didn't have to carry the water backpack and the kids!  I just took a kid occasionally!  This was a fun adventure!
