Max is thrilled that he is finally old enough to play soccer. He has been waiting a long time. I think it must be hard to be the 2nd kid and actually think you are the same age as your older brother. It makes waiting 2 years very hard.

Max is definately not afraid to get in there and kick that ball. He was all over the field and playing awesome.

He almost looks like Dash here. So fast!

This is the awesome smile after he made the first goal of the game. He was so excited! - words can't even tell you how happy he was. We were very proud of our little Max he played awesome!

Jake and his treats

We were are at the soccer games if Jake gets out of his stroller we don't get to watch the game we get to play chase. So I bring some great treat to every game that helps him stay in his stroller. Today was this great big sucker and he sat there happy the entire game. I guess if you buy the sucker big enough than it will last the entire game. Genius!

Isaac Soccer

Here we are starting soccer season for the fall.

Isaac did awesome at his games this week. He has games on Wednesday's and Friday's. So between my kids we are at the soccer fields 4 times a week. It keeps up busy and smiling!

Isaac just kicked the ball in this picture his leg is still in just after kicking motion.

I love how intense he gets when he plays sports.

I am sure that Isaac will have another great season! We love going to watch him play.

Max's first day of Kindergarten

Wednesday was Max's first day of kindergarten. He has been waiting to start kindergarten for about 2 years since Isaac started. Finally it was his big day. He was so excited to go and he already knows his teacher and loves her. But of course before school I had to grab a few pictures and my is he a cute little boy.

Of course one with mom.

One with dad.

One with baby Jake.
Sorry no picture with Isaac he was already at school.

I am so glad that Max would let us walk in and take some pictures with him and see where his cubby is and where he sits.

Here he is at his table and he couldn't believe that he is already "girl trapped!" Although he actually kinda likes it. The one girl in the purple is actually not in her right chair and one other boy sits with him at this table. But yes as you can see he is "girl trapped."

One last picture before I left. He was so happy to be at school. I on the other hand felt very sad that my little buddy Max was in kindergarten. He would always go and do whatever with me shopping, watching a movie, help mow the grass. It seriously didn't matter what we did he always did it with a smile and a giggle. But he will love kindergarten and his teacher will get to have a few laughs from him now too.

On Saturday while Mom, Anna and I were at a bridal shower Dad took Justin and the kids out on the boat for awhile. My kids were thrilled! They had so much fun riding the boat with Grandpa. From what I hear Isaac rode the tube a lot and Max spent his time surfing with Uncle Mason. Jake just was hanging out. Justin thought maybe he would take a nap since he was so tired and as you can see in the 1st picture he tried to lay him down in the cubby - no luck! I guess it is just too much fun on the boat to waste any time taking a nap. Thanks dad we always have so much fun on the boat!

Today is Isaac's first day of 2nd grade. I can't believe it! He was very excited and a little nervous about it. He liked his teacher when he met her yesterday so that is good. I picked out a nice polo for him to wear today and he said, "mom, it is my 1st day of school, shouldn't I get to pick what I want to wear?" So now you know who won the shirt battle. And of course he had to throw a "hang loose" in the picture. If you'll notice he tries to sneak a "hang loose" in every picture. Back to school already - I can't believe it!

Busy in the backyard

I think there is always something going on in my yard. Today Max and Isaac caught 4 praying mantisis back there. Max said that he trained them not to pinch and fight and now he is holding his new friend. So cute.

And of course always football of soccer or something is happening with Isaac.

Nice catch!

Isaac was teaching Max the best way to kick the football and it was so cute. It still cracks me up that Max will listen to him and try to do what he says.

Nice kick!

Isaac is always good to play something in the backyard. The kids love it when we head to the backyard to play with them.
